SMS uses your own Twilio — you own the A2P registration; the $75 is an enablement fee. Voting, PDF studio and custom branding are add-ons on Tier A and included on Tier B and Tier C. Card processing (~2.9% + $0.30) is paid to your own Stripe or Square on every tier — it's not a Samkoma fee.
